We are looking for a Publisher Ops/ Customer Success Manager to help us build the future for digital publishing.

The Role/ Responsibilities
This position is based across our Dynamic Floor Pricing Tool and is key to growth here.
We are rapidly onboarding new customers, and need an internal stakeholder to be responsible for, and dedicated to, their success.
The role is a blend of Ad Ops, Customer Success and Technical Account Management. You will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from successful onboarding to ensuring ongoing performance for our publishers.
You will work between our commercial and product teams to ensure there is a smooth hand-off of incoming customers, and that any product feedback is captured internally.
You will be obsessive about the performance of our product and committed to driving performance gains within your scope.
Whilst this position focuses on day-to-day success, you will be encouraged to share ideas and feedback internally and be an architect for change on the core product.

You will have solid experience and understanding of the Publisher monetization space, specifically with experience in the following:
You need to have:
Deep Publisher GAM knowledge including explorations in GAM/ with GAM API
Experience working with Prebid
Worked with Data Studio
Highly proficient in Excel/ Sheets
Deep, practical Programmatic Knowledge and understanding of the space
Be very comfortable being Customer Facing
It would also be great if you have:
A Data evaluation background
Worked with SQL
Used other Data Visualisation Tools
